Privacy notice

This notice explains how Heidrun handles the personal data you give us
when you request a session through this site, and what happens after —
because once you submit the form, Heidrun replies to you automatically
the same way it would handle one of your own leads.
Who is responsible
Heidrun is operated by Relentless Method AB (org.nr
556966-9517), Reveljvägen 17c, 791 40 Falun, Sweden ("we", "us") — the
data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or
requests: hello@heidrun.app.
What we collect
- What you enter in the form: your name, email,
mobile number, business name, and anything you write in the message
field.
- The conversation that follows: the SMS and email
messages exchanged between you and Heidrun, and any qualifying details
you share (e.g. how many leads you get, where they come from).
- Limited technical data: your IP address, used only
to rate-limit the form and block automated abuse.
Why we use it (legal basis)
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which
you give by ticking the box and submitting the form. We use it solely to:
- reply to your request — typically within sixty seconds — by SMS and/or email;
- understand whether Heidrun is a fit for your business; and
- book a working session on our calendar if you'd like one.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who else processes it
To deliver the above we share the minimum necessary data with:
- 46elks (EU-based) — to send and receive SMS.
- Resend — to send email.
- Anthropic — the AI model that powers the conversation
processes your messages to generate replies. It is not used to train models.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — to tell humans from bots on the form.
- Our hosting provider, where the data is stored on EU servers.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as we're in contact about your request and
for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymise it. You can
ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out immediately — we
stop messaging you and record the opt-out.
- You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw
your consent, by emailing
hello@heidrun.app.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection
authority (in Sweden, IMY — Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).
